Responsibilities:

Project Implementation

Responsible for the planning, implementing, and supervision of all project activities

Ensure timely implementation of the planned activities as per MoPH guidelines

Monitor implementation of activities and conduct regular visits to the project site

Coordinate with local authorities and school authorities to ensure the smooth implementation of activities

Provide technical support to the team

Conduct supportive supervision and provide on the job training in the field

Logistics:

Prepare the Procurement Plan in collaboration with the Logistics department

Forecast expenses for all project-related budget lines

Track expenses on a monthly basis and monitor remaining budget through the use of the Budget Follow-Up

Reporting:

Develop Activity Progress Report (APR) tool and ensure validation by Technical Heads of Department and Flying Field Manager

Provide a monthly narrative and quantitative update of project activities through the APR

Share weekly updated Sit-Rep with Flying Field Manager and Flying Field Coordinator

Draft donor reports and share with Flying Field Manager in a timely manner

MEAL:

Coordinate with Monitoring, Evaluation, Assessment and Learning (MEAL) department to develop and finalize project monitoring plan.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and follow-up the activities in the mobile team on regular basis in collaboration with health and Nutrition PM

Duties & responsibilities:

IMNCI :

-Diagnose and treat under 5 children based on IMNCI guidelines

-Determine if patient is a first time or follow up

-Assess the different sign and determine the main symptoms

-Refer patient to nearest suitable health facility if necessary

-Provide counsel to the caretaker on treatment of child

-Register patient with patient card and in register

IMAM:

-Validate admission of beneficiaries in OPD-SAM/MAM.

-Record information on the beneficiary card and register. All treatment provided should be recorded, as well as relevant comments on patient evolution and follow up;

-Refer severe acutely malnourished beneficiaries with medical complications to Therapeutic Feeding Units (TFU);

-Ensure the medical examination includes childhood illness of beneficiaries at each visit in centre;

-Ensure nutritional follow up of beneficiaries

-Identify those beneficiaries who do not respond to the treatment and manage their follow up;

-Provide prescriptions and update stock cards.

-Check that criteria of discharge are met;

-Check that all procedures are completed before discharge (anthropometric measurements, medical and nutritional treatment, systematic treatment, and health and nutrition educations, vaccination and counseling).

-Record all the necessary information on the registration book and card of each beneficiary.

-Supervise activities of all MHT staff during field work;

-Ensure mobile clinic guideline is following

-Support medical consultation, IMNCI, ANC/PNC care, SAM 1st consultation

-Make sure that daily, weekly and monthly record of beneficiaries is in place and fulfill efficiently.

-Identify gaps in the team and suggest training and capacity building to the DPM and PM

-Provide on the job training to MHT staff

-Manager medical supplies and equipment of the MHT when in the field;

-Ensure all medication and supplies are stored and transported properly;

-Ensure that MHT staff have all necessary equipment before leaving for the field.

-Ensure that upon return, all medical supplies and equipment are stored in the AAH stock or relevant Health Facility;

-Monitor the daily, weekly, monthly consumption of medical supplies;

-Notify DPM and PM when medical supplies are needed for the MHT.

-Work in team with the nurses, Midwife, screener, vaccinator, counselor and promoter ;

-Establish a work plan for his team ;

-In case of absence of a direct team members, manage who will take over the activities

-Analyze mobile clinic activities and proposed solution when needed

-Make sure that working place is good enough in term of security, and timely informed line manager and security department in case of any risk.
