Sought after within the Inspector General community for help with transforming other offices. Utilizing 32 years of management and leadership experience and the 5 Ps of organization building (People, Process, Product, Pride, and Professionalism). Discarded the archaic in office practices utilized in the government allowing flexibility in working hours, telework and remote work that have led to increased production, hiring, retention and processing by scheduling work hours around the process of report production not around normal 9-5 working hours thus allowing staff to work at the hours that provided them the most engagement and coverage of duties.
Through a combination of soft and hard skill leadership has led to an impressive 100% retention of talent as well as recruitment and hiring in hard to fill government vacancies.

Enacted an agency wide triannual risk assessment performed by an independent contractor to provide the top risk areas by severity and likelihood, allowing office to concentrate limited resources on those issues most impactful to the agency.
Ingenious use of Blanket Purchase Agreements as a force multiplier has been able to conduct work in areas requiring Subject Matter Expertise quickly, without the need for delayed hiring or staff increase. Saving hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, saving time to delivery of consultative advice, and multiplied organizational advice output without an increase in budget outside of inflationary needs.
