Jonathan has worked in shipping, assembly, stockroom, machine shop, inspection, quality control/assurance, application engineering, quality engineering, and for the last 9 years worked as a manufacturing/production engineer with Project Management responsibilities. He has experience as a supervisor and has a wide knowledge base with natural leadership skills.

With years of hands-on experience utilizing ISO standards and working within these processes and procedures in manufacturing, he has learned the inner workings and gained knowledge and wisdom in effectively working across departments and teams. Understanding how to run a business sustainably starts by working across channels and building bridges of feedback communication with all employees.
