At Malaria Consortium (MC), I supervised 20 health workers around Kampala Divisions that were administering the Measles Rubella vaccine to children below 5 years of age both male and female. Conducted spot checks to confirm if the health workers were administering the drug, took stock count of supplies and monitored the remaining stock in the stores for easy planning. I developed daily activity reports entailing what work had transpired in the day like the number of children immunized disaggregated by Male and Female, how much stock supplies have been used and what is needed.
