As my attached resume indicates, I’ve had a lot of experience in not only the food and beverage industry, but also in the learning of Electrical Engineering. Considering I’ve worked at over 5 larger hotels and restaurants, I’ve gained a lot of skills when it comes to back of house and front of house. I’ve also learned a lot of food a preparation to the point that I’m able to effectively remember and recreate whatever dish I’m shown after a short period of time.
