Resume:

Hello,

Please find my resume for your review and consideration.

Throughout my 20+ year career, I have worked extensively with C-Suite client executives. Before transitioning to management consulting nine years ago, I held senior roles for global technology firms such as Workday, SAP, and IBM.

Clients have been in the banking, insurance, financial services, biomedical research, and healthcare industries.

My work as Managing Principal of Blue Moon Consulting has focused on the role of an Executive Business Partner/Chief of Staff to COOs, CHROs, and CIOs during enterprise transformations.

As a Chief of Staff, I have served as a right-hand and strategic thought partner; a do-it-all Swiss army knife in managing and driving business initiatives forward. My responsibilities include executing, organizing, and prioritizing strategic objectives while ensuring transparency and alignment across the leadership team. My objective is to optimize the leader's time and significantly enhance their overall impact.

Through my firm I have formed partner relationships with a network of boutique consulting firms as well as prominent firms such as Deloitte and Mercer to provide business leaders with expert advice on strategy, architecture, and organizational change. During enterprise transformations I have collaborated to guide cross-functional teams and senior leadership in planning, execution, and program oversight to deliver measurable improvements in business operations and efficiency, including:

By developing integration strategies for acquired and merged companies, we built Transformation and Integration Management Offices to drive initiatives and interdependencies, working across many stakeholder groups as the sold companies exited their Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs).

Integrated and separated companies driven by mergers, divestitures, and IPOs, including identifying and isolating business and technical interdependencies across companies, meeting target reductions in expenses post-merger.

Risk mitigation and quality control are critical to our delivery, whether it's an acquisition, merger or divestiture.

Expertise in advising clients establishing an enterprise Change Management Office which developed and executed an overall strategy, identified stakeholder groups to communicate change impacts, and created overarching plans for change.

I believe I have built my career to fit this role at this point in time. Please find my resume below for your consideration.

Thank you.
