My current role as the Clinical Supervisor for a group of Internal Medicine providers utilizes my strong abilities as not only a leader but as clinical/nursing services to patients in an office setting. Working with the health care team to coordinate alongside medical providers to extend health care services.

Identify workflow issues and develop processes and protocols to provide the best care to both our patients and staff members.
