Supports all Collateral Teams, by producing and distributing daily reports to track the teams work progress, aging of accounts worked, as well as volume.

Analyzes any data that is provided to help improve processes and issues.

Produces and distributes daily overall Pipeline and Production reports for all Collateral Teams.

Produces and distributes daily voicemail volumes and daily interactions (calls) reports for all Collateral Teams, for monitoring and tracking purposes.

Mitigates loss and legal risk to the company and to investors by accurately managing the bankruptcy process and obtaining relief from bankruptcy on non-performing loans.

Updates spreadsheets and trackers on a daily basis on specific Projects.

1. Total Debt Claim- covers all aspects of monitoring a total debt loan in bankruptcy including recognizing a total debt loan, monitoring the total debt while in bankruptcy, and finally the closing of the loan, 2. Abusive Filings- Monitors and tracks number of Bankruptcy filings per client from spreadsheet and contacts attorneys regarding the Abusive Filer, 3. POC Objections Team- Monitors objections of Proof of Claims, from Trustees and/ or Debtors, by keeping in contact with attorneys, using LPS and reviewing court documents in ACCER. 4. Cramdown Team- Utilizes plan, POC, and attorney’s review and recommendation to determine if loan is Cramdown. Monitors loans in every step of Cramdown process. Processes Post-petition payment history ledgers for each loan. Escalates loans when needed.

Mortgage Servicing Specialist Lead December 2011- April 2013

In addition to Mortgage Servicing Specialist II duties:

Responsible for assisting with training and coaching of associates and/or distribution of work to associates

Performs routine Foreclosure processing such as referral of loans for pre-foreclosure and generation of ILA letters and required checklists, while reviewing and analyzing quality on all loans at 3rd (final) level review

Utilizes business applications and appropriate technology to perform routine activities. Maintains and adheres to internal operational controls and ensures they meet company standards.

Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for Foreclosure Review Referral Team and other assigned internal business partners and/or external clients.

Work on loans in multiple stages of delinquency, up to and including charged off accounts, or across various product types.

Responsible for Special Project in researching, requesting, and distributing California and Washington Declaration State letters from Associates to Attorneys and specific reporting distribution from LPS to management.

Reviews of MHA loans by special investors and refer to Foreclosure.

Reviews of California loans, in due diligence and qualified contact, by state guidelines and procedure.

Reviews of FHA loans by special guidelines and state laws.

Reviews loans to ensure the quality of the foreclosure proceedings

Checks military status of homeowners using the SCRA website.

Performs foreclosure referral process in a production driven environment while maintaining 95% plus quality standards.

Reviews delinquent mortgage accounts for potential foreclosure referral based on investor guidelines, company guidelines and state guidelines.

Demonstrates ability to cope in a rapidly changing regulatory environment on a federal and state level.

Issues breach/demand letters on all default loans based on state or investor guidelines.
