In addition to Mortgage Servicing Specialist II duties:
Responsible for assisting with training and coaching of associates and/or distribution of work to associates
Performs routine Foreclosure processing such as referral of loans for pre-foreclosure and generation of ILA letters and required checklists, while reviewing and analyzing quality on all loans at 3rd (final) level review
