In this position I was responsible for overseeing the FHA, VA, USDA, and GSE Loss Analysis teams as well as the oversight of the entire Loss Analysis population once files were referred over from the Claims team.

The team was tasked with doing a forensic review of the loan from initial delinquency through the claim filing process.

I would ensure that all investor regulations and guidelines were met and that are loans were reviewed and closed out to meet internal timeframes and metrics.
