With a crew of 10-15 employees, 3 excavators, and 2 skid steers they’re able to handle any size residential or small commercial project. They have established relationships with many high-end and awarded local builders, including Vogal Builders and Sunray Construction, who have received many awards for their work in the Austin area and been responsible for key commercial projects including all the Tumble 22s in central Texas.
Manage 10-15 employees (Including operators, foreman, and field crew) on the job site and remotely on both selective interior/restoration projects, and full demolition projects.
Document and assign task using various software systems including CompanyCam and Jobber.
Create detailed quarterly/yearly breakdowns of company costs/profits in Excel.
