Experience
FEBRUARY 2022 – PRESENT
Learning & Development Consultant Intel Corporation
During my tenure at Intel, I oversaw the Statistics Curriculum for technicians, engineers, and statisticians within the Intel Foundry organization. Among my key accomplishments was reducing instructor-led classroom time by 45% through the comprehensive redesign of Statistics Basics and Design of Experiments 1. This redesign strategically integrated web-based training modules, significantly decreasing the reliance on in-person instruction. I also developed a curriculum map that unified five separate Statistics Curricula into a single, cohesive program for the Foundry. In addition, I designed and produced specialized courses with a focus on Process Control Systems and Manager Safety Training, among other Statistics and management related courses within the foundry organization.
APRIL 2018 – AUGUST 2021
Corporate Training Curator AutoAlert, LLC
During my time at AutoAlert, my responsibilities were broad and multifaceted, ranging from content management of the AutoAlert Academy to the production of video-based courses and development of WalkMe (digital adoption software) content for AlertMiner, CXM Platform, and Customer Experience Management (SAAS). I designed innovative learning paths to facilitate the adoption of AutoAlert for both dealer customers and internal employees. Among my notable achievements, I developed comprehensive learning paths and courses tailored for internal and external audiences, implemented project management software to efficiently track course and WalkMe element development, and pioneered rapid course development through video production. This approach ensured that training was available as soon as new software launched, with lead times ranging from just two to seven days for design, development, and implementation.
