To utilize Mold Flow Analysis (MFA) to enhance the design and manufacturing process of injection-molded parts, ensuring optimal quality, reduced defects, time and cost-effective production. Material Selection: Identify and select appropriate thermoplastic materials based on part requirements and simulation results. Design Optimization: Refine part and Mold designs, including gate locations, wall thicknesses, and cooling channels, to improve flow characteristics and minimize defects.
Process Parameter Adjustment: Optimize injection molding parameters such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time to achieve consistent part quality.
