By learning about the construction world, I learned about punch lists that the crew needed to complete on a weekly basis and I tended to copying, scanning and saving Engineering drawings and protocols and put them out for the team to view whenever they may need them in either the Document Control Center or in Protocol library. I had two laptops and two desks to tend to the needs of both Fluor Construction as well as AstraZeneca, from whom Fluor was upgrading a building, for with a $1.6B federal grant.
The end of September 2023, I completed working for Baker Hughes Power-Nexus Controls. The Baker Hughes contract was for 9 months and I worked with SalesForce, SAP, MS Excel and did internet research on power plants all over the world and looked the plants up in IIR (Industry Information Resources). In April 2024 I received a certificate from VaVa Virtual to become a Virtual Assistant on April 25 2024. I learned add- ons and capabilities of G-Suite and Gmail, including scheduling, email management, client group emails, various browsers, email templates and all that Google has to offer.
