b) Newark Liberty International Airport, NJ - $9.5 Billion Dollar development of a state-of-the-art New Terminal One Development Phase 1 Detailed Work Plan (05/2016 – 05/2019) Hill International – Senior Project Scheduler

Commercial Projects – Senior Project Scheduler a) PMA Consultants/City of Hollywood Beach New Golf Course Clubhouse/Community Center (03/2022 – 04/2024), $12,798,726.00 Golf Course Clubhouse/Community Center project includes pro shop, dining area, meeting space, cart barn, staging area, signage and parking. The project also includes renovating 18 holes with alignment for relocated clubhouse, new irrigation, cart paths, landscaping and course restrooms, new curbing and fencing.

b) PMA Consultants/City of Hollywood Arts & Culture Multidisciplinary Arts Education Center (Design/Build; 09/2021 – 06/2024 Completion)

Construction of a new $2,500,000.00 state of the art multi-disciplinary arts-education facility includes an expansion/renovation of visual arts galleries. The project will also have multipurpose dance/drama rooms, visual arts and music classrooms, distance learning broadcast studio, mixed-use theater, interactive contemporary gallery, and meeting/reception rooms. c) PMA Consultants/The Toll Building, Wynwood Section/Miami, FL – (11/2021 – 08/2024 Completion) The Toll Building is a $22,000,000.00 3-Story Retail Jewel Box with a collaborative design speared by Arquietectonica and Studio James Brazil. The building serves as a worthy representative of the avant-garde ambiance that characterizes the Wynwood Area.

The Toll Building will provide retail users with a unique opportunity to lease the entire storefront ground- floor space consisting of 3,358 SF (divisible) with the capability to add a mezzanine for storage or potential additional occupiable space. Once complete, the building will serve as a worthy representative of the Avant- Garde ambiance that characterizes Wynwood. Toll Building will be the house of The Stand, Restaurant & Comedy Club, originally from NYC.

d) Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon, Office Renovation Project, Pittsburgh, PA (10/2015 – 06/2016 Completion), Hill International

Duties consist of construction management services for the complete rehabilitation/renovations of various floors at BNY Mellon 56-story high-rise headquarters in downtown Pittsburgh and included creating construction schedules to integrate into the master schedule and preparing progress/status reports. Duties also included evaluating potential impacts to the schedule for acceleration or delay. f) NH New York Jolly Madison Towers Renovation Project, New York, NY (06/2016 – 06/2019 Completion), Hill International

Construction management services for complete demolition and rehabilitation/renovations of various floors in the Salesforce Office Tower, a 42 Floors/58-story high-rise across the street from Bryant Park, NY. Duties consisted of creating the construction schedules to integrate into the master schedule. Additional duties consisted of monitoring/reviewing the schedule to determine impacts on the master schedule, developed detailed design and construction schedule submittals for the project management team and prepared bi- monthly and/or monthly schedule update reports. a) $2.25 billion-dollar Tren Urbano Heavy Rail Program Management Consultant (PMC) Services Project – Phase 1 Detailed Work Plan, Preliminary Budget, and Transit Schedule for the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) (09/2024 – 12/2024) Hill International - Project Scheduler and Document Controls Provided information regarding achieving the Phase 1 Detailed Work Plan, including estimated timeframes, provide clarification on deliverables, provide general information about estimated resource needs and cost

(ROM), answering questions associated with the strategy outlined: Duties consist of Team efforts of providing Phase 1 Detailed Work Plan, Preliminary Budget, and Transit Schedule for 16 Stations for the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) Tren Urbano project.

Expediting work to construction – Validation Strategy, Package of Work, Contracting of Work, Execution, Delivery of Strategy:

a. Field visit to validate status of Assessment Report Items. b. Focus on “low engineering” repair-type items.

c. Determine item “assignability” to O&M Contract to avoid “double-dipping” Federal funds. d. Develop/creating a revised cost and schedule projections. e. Technical resource pool staff will be engaged as necessary for construction tasks.

PMC Initiation/Startup Phase:

a. Revision of assessment repair activities and procurable with the PRHTA support prior to the involvement of the design engineering consultants. b. Prepare white paper detailed description of the description to be followed for each repair activities including a detailed schedule on the implementation plan for these repairs. PMA Consultants - Project Scheduler and Document Controls The Department of Transportation and Public (DTPW)/Miami-Dade Transit (MDT) South Dade Electric Bus Facility Project CEI is the First All Electric World-Class Bus Facility Located in the emerging South-Dade Community County across from the Homestead Air Reserve Base, three miles to Transitway & two miles to Florida's Turnpike.

South Dade Electric Bus Facility Project (SDEBF) will be Designed and Constructed to Operate, Maintenance Service, & Energize a Fleet of 100 60-FT Articulated Battery Electric Buses. The South Dade Electric Bus Facility Project (SDEBF) Facility Program consists of approximately 393,000 SF of buildings. Infrastructure including:

As Project Scheduler attending weekly progress meetings to discuss construction progress and schedule developments, revisions, and updates. c) Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW)/Miami-Dade Transit (MDT), Metrorail Acoustical Barrier Replacement, Miami, FL (07/2021 – 09/2024 Completion) PMA Consultants - Project Scheduler and Document Controls A $60 million contract, which entails replacement of all Type B acoustical barrier panels, is a two-part contract. Part One of Two is valued at $27,632,600.00 and Part Two of Two is valued at $31,892,800.00. The project involves the removal of approximately 12,0000 feet of existing metal acoustical barrier panels on the Mainline Tracks 1 and 2. The existing metal acoustical barrier panels are rusted and requires replacing for Aesthetic and safety reasons. The acoustical barrier and hardware will be upgraded, and an additional 8,000 feet will be installed in specific areas identified by Planning and Development (P&D) noise study. The additional work will bring the total length of acoustical barrier panels to 20,000 feet. The Metrorail Acoustical Barrier Replacement Project extends the entire length of the Miami-Dade Transit Metro Line System, 23 stations and covering 24.4 miles.

Duties consisted of project scheduling, document controls, and cost engineering responsibilities such as analyzing construction CPM schedules prepared by the contractor. Reporting to the Project Manager, I prepared reports evaluating and commenting on the CPM schedule including schedule logic, critical path, constraints, activities with negative float, changes, extra work, and specific milestones. Additional duties consist of reviewing the contractors’ monthly estimates and quantities for payment and confirmed the quantities per the inspector’s daily report. Also prepared integrate data from inspector’s daily reports into the as-built schedule. (06/2019 – 02/2021; *Furlough due to the COVID-19 Pandemic) LENAX Construction Services - Senior Project Scheduler

$3 Billion Purple Line Extension, known as the D Line, extends westward for about nine miles and add seven new stations providing easy access to the Westside, which is the LA County regions second-largest job center. The Purple Line consists of three segments: from the current terminus in Koreatown, Wilshire/Western Station, through Mid-Wilshire, Beverly Hills and Century City, and having an two ending station(s) in Westwood near the West Los Angeles Veteran Affairs Campus and for University of California Los Angeles/UCLA.

Duties consist of construction management services for the Construction Schedule Phases of several newly built stations; the placement of structural rebar and concrete for platforms, tunnel walls, and station; the installation of structural steel, piles and caps; and formwork pertaining to platforms and station structure, escalator and elevator pits; as well as mining – Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) and demolition work at various areas.

Duties also consisted of preparation of weekly and/or monthly schedule reports evaluating and commenting on the CPM schedule prepared by the contractor. I also analyzed schedule logic, critical path, constraints, activities with negative float, changes, extra work and specific milestones. Provided project scheduling and cost engineering responsibilities consist of analyzing construction CPM schedules prepared by the contractor and providing individua schedules.

e) New York City Transit Authority (NYCT), Various Transit Projects, Infrastructure and Facilities Division for Construction Project Management (CPM), New York, NY (02/2017 – 06/2019) Hill International - Project Scheduler Level IV

Duties consist of construction management services for the Design, Planning, and Construction Schedule Phases of several new and existing NYCT infrastructure and facilities projects. Projects consist of newly built substations; the placement of structural concrete for platforms, tunnel walls, and station; the installation of structural steel, piles and caps; formwork pertaining to platforms and station structure, escalator and elevator pits; as well as demolition work at existing areas. Construction Scheduler duties consist of the responsibility for various projects: 1. Overcoating painting and structural repairs.

2. NYCT Transit Livonia Yard abutment walls.

3. NYCT Subway Tunnel Structural Rehabilitation.

4. Replacement of Negative Cable.

5. Creating detailed schedules pertaining to Automatic Train Control (ATC) and Train Signals, traction and facility power substations, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and SCADA System activities, and retrofit of existing 25 HZ Frequency converters at 10 Traction Power Substations. Additional construction scheduler duties consist of preparing weekly and/or monthly schedule reports evaluating and commenting on the CPM schedule prepared by the contractor, including, analyzed schedule logic, critical path, constraints, activities with negative float, changes, extra work, and specific milestones. Also included was scheduling and cost engineering responsibilities which consist of updating several projects CPM schedules via data from NYCT field inspector’s daily reports and field inspection, attending meetings with the contractors and clients to discuss construction progress and schedule development, revisions and updates, and impact delays due to lack of equipment and lack of general orders (GO’s) for track shutdowns. Duties also consisted of monitoring, reviewing, and reporting to senior and executive management the schedule status of the project and assisted formulate actions to correct scheduling problems. f) Ruggles Intermodal Transfer Station Platform Project, Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA), Boston, MA (03/2016 – 06/2019 Completion)

Hill International - Project Scheduler Level IV

Duties consisted of providing schedules for the Ruggles Station Platform Project. The Ruggles Station is an intermodal transfer station serving MBTA rapid transit, bus, and commuter rail services. The station occupies the site that was previously the South End Grounds, home of the former Boston Braves from 1871 to 1914. It is surrounded by the campus of Northeastern University. The Ruggles Station Platform Project included the construction of a new 800-foot-long commuter rail platform which serves Track 2, reconstruction of the lower busway, and replacement of existing station elevators.

The project will also seek to improve accessibility, enhance pedestrian safety, security and address the substantial interior and exterior repairs and improvements necessary to bring the facility up to standard. Overall, the project will enhance customer service and convenience for commuter rail riders destined for Ruggles Station and improve overall operations for both MBTA and Amtrak on this section of the Northeast Corridor.

Project scheduling responsibilities consisted of performing construction CPM schedules reviews and providing individual schedules for the structural guideway, MOT/Roadway, stations and systems project engineers. Preparing weekly and/or monthly schedule reports evaluating and commenting on the CPM schedule including schedule logic, critical path, constraints, activities with negative float, changes, extra work and specific milestones. Duties also consisted of monitoring and providing the CM systems team with detailed schedules pertaining to:

1. Automatic Train Control (ATC) and train signals. 2. Traction and facility power substations.

3. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Positive Train Control (PTC) Systems, and SCADA Systems activities.

Additional duties included assisting with schedule review and adjustments, site conditions, delay damage and damage quantification methods, as well as prepared CPM work schedules and reports to senior and executive management to highlight the project’s status.

g) Florida Department of Transportation/Miami-Dade County, Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) Ground Transportation Hub/Metrorail Station, Miami, FL (06/2010 – 01/2013 Completion) Pistorino & Alam Consulting - Project Scheduler and Cost Engineer

$506 million contract involved the construction of an elevated, multiple span bridge structure for heavy rail for the Miami International Airport and Miami-Dade Transit Orange Metro Line/Earlington Heights Transit Connector. The elevated guideway extends for 2.4 miles and connects to the Miami International Airport Intermodal Metrorail Center to the Earlington Heights.
