DSW was upgrading its legacy POS system with a new customized POS called ENGAGE APP developed by INFOR for DSW. It was an iOS app and was deployed in the iPads, so DSW was replacing its all stores with iPad registers. In this project, I worked more into integration and End to End testing of the application with other systems at DSW. This application was initially tested manually for the smoke testing. Responsibilities:
● Performed Functional, Smoke, Regression & End to End testing of software and applications
● Implemented a successful supply chain management process within the POS group.
● Logged and tracked defects to closure using QA Complete and follow up with Business and Developers to discuss about the issues.
● Drafted detailed system Test cases for the Application; worked with the built team to modify the documents and updates.
