I am very excited about the opening you have for Shift Supervisor Position, This is a great opportunity, and I am very confident I will be a great fit for this position. I have over 20 years’ experience working with all types of equipment, Combines, Tractors, Planters, Forklifts, Loaders, GPS proprietary automation, working with customers on contracts for planting and Harvesting, Soil sampling and Spraying Locations, have a Agriculture Commercial Pesticide License, computer analysis, ordering parts as needed and shipping Seed, Inventory, contacting haulers for moving Machinery as needed, and hauling other equipment to Locations and taking on other Various Lead positions that you will notice in my job descriptions. Supervision of full-time personnel, and employee reviews.

. Soybean Research Lead for Dow AgroSciences, Regulated and Non Regulated Research Trials.

. IMPACT Area Lead Western BU for both Corn and Soybean /Pioneer Hi Bred/Corteva.

. Research Field Trial Lead Coordinator for Soybean Research and Corn Preview Locations/ Channel Bio Corp.

. Excellent skills in communication and organization oral and written.

. Considerable emphasis on computer analysis and data collection, spraying locations, commercial Pesticide license, soil sampling, hauling equipment to field locations as needed.

. Participate in Corn and Soybean product selection, Crop Adjuster work,, Hiring of full and part time staff and employee reviews at end of year.
