Employment History SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL & HEALTH SERVICES November 2023 – Present Clinical Records Specialist – I would gather patients medical records. Once I made sure all requested documents were present, I would mail or secure email them to the entity the patient requested. I am in the Risk Management Dept from 06/18/24 to Present Day. Restoration Specialist/Vocational Trainee – I restored & repaired old furniture that was used for housing patients. I stripped the paint/stain with paint stripper or by hand. Then I would sand it down and repaint it. I was in the Restoration Dept from 11/27/23 to 6/17/24. FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE September 2018 – November 2018 Patient Account Representative – I called patients in regards to their Dialysis Bill. For most cases I would bill Medicare for 80% then collected the other 20% by either Medicaid or secondary insurance. If any amount remained I would collect it from the patient. SURVEY SAMPLING INTERNATIONAL July 2018 – November 2018 Telephone Interviewer – I was in a Inbound/Outbound Call Center. I would ask for the person assigned then give them a political survey. Once information was collected I would create a summary of the call then send the company the results. This was only a 4 6 month. I worked here the same time I worked for Fresenius Medical Care.

WELLSFARGO HOME MORTGAGE& AUTO December 2014 – December 2017 Collector 3 – I collected on early and late stage delinquent accounts. I contacted customers to collect their past due mortgage& Auto payments, set up Promise to Pay Agreements, set them up on RePayment Plans, or referred them to Home Preservation. I was hired on as a full time permanent employee on 12/1/14 and completed all required training for the position. I have received several Team Member Recognition Awards and had an average Quality Score of 95% 100%. I assisted many of the people on my team when they had questions and was involved in helping with Team Meetings by going over the new Stagecoach Updates and taking all minute notes for the Team Meeting Summary emails I send out each week. Staffing Agency – JP MORGAN CHASE BANK October 2013 – November 2014 Consumer Loan Specialist – I worked on Penalty Fee Assessments (FCF & SDQ) which is Performance Penalty Management Eliminate/reduce monetary losses associated with investor and private servicing performance penalties. I ordered attorney chronologies, gathered all pertinent system notes, reviewed file history, accounted for events within the default process, constructed a narrative summary of events and updated the IBS database. I worked this position as a temp employee through Randstad Staffing Agency.

CASCADE FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC February 2012 – September 2013 Construction Lending Specialist – I specialized in Loans for Construction of Manufactured and Modular homes for HUD. I worked on these loans with very strict and time sensitive procedures, andguidelines. I managed a very large pipeline and collected all HUD required documentation such as the Water Tests, Septic Inspections, Final BuildingInspections,Termite Treatment Forms, etc. I worked directly with the Builders, Land Surveyors, and Future Homeowners and received many compliments regarding my Customer Service.

DOVENMUEHLE MORTGAGE INC November 2010 – February 2012 Loss Mitigation HAMP Underwriter – I managed a large pipeline, manually modified loans, calculated income/expenses/assets/DTI/LTV, and completed and assisted with several training classes regarding new US Treasury Guidelines associated with HAMP. I also manually calculated all the financial figures of the modification from beginning to closing and approved/denied documents and requests that were received.

Staffing Agency WELLS FARGO MORTGAGE February 2009 – October 2010 Loss Mitigation HAMP Specialist – Imanaged a large pipeline, collected HAMP required documents, calculated income/expenses/assets/DTI/LTV, and completed several training classes/video seminars regarding new US Treasury Guidelines associated with HAMP. Once I gathered all required documents and calculations, I submitted the complete file to the Underwriter. MORTGAGE PROTECTION GROUP LLC April 2008 – February 2009 Loss Mitigation Processor – I managed a large pipeline, set up repayment plans, calculated income/expenses/assets/DTI/LTV, ordered appraisals/credit reports, postponed Foreclosure Sales with attorneys office, trained new processors, and created all of MPG’s Pipeline and Modification Request System.

I studied at McHenry County College and my major was Criminal Justice.

I changed my major to Business Management and will attend Mesa Community College. Computer Literacy Office Package: I am very computer savvy so I am advanced in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook Express, I also experienced with Axiom, Next Gen Healthcare, IBS Production Database, R 4, CPI / LPS / Fidelity, ERLMF, Sharepoint, LPS Desktop,VenderScape, DataTrac, and Point.
