2017-2021

Managed properties for vacation rentals.

Main duties were to assist clients with billing financial statements, any upgrades or new remodeling and home improvements. I also had primary lines of communications for any rental agreement changes, updates, tax increases, or contractural updates on a state and federal level. I worked closely with client and corporate office on rental fees and adjustments based on seasons and marketing strategies. I managed housekeeping and maintenance as well and hired contractors for seasonal work.

Televox 2014-2017

Software installation and conversion lead instructor and lead

Lead the process of onboarding new clients, file conversions, programming custom files, utililzing logmein to remotely access their database and pull data to create files before go live and then coordinate what technical issues may have arisen in between data retrieval. Data retrieval included csv files, xml, pdf, .txt, Our processers would convert the files except for some xml and pdf. Once we obtained a pdf processor then it would drop and load, if not then we had to program data in our files to fit the fields. After the file was complete we would process the files over and save then send to production. Production would still have technical issues with the completed data file and then it would be sent back to install team-us- and we would correct whatever issues we needed to research and fix, then sent back to production and client would go live. Once the client was live, if changes were made to their windows version or file processor, we would send updated software information for their office to stay in the know for compatibility and software updates or network updates on our side.

EPIC Trainer and project specialist

2008-2012

Trained and lead the teams for the Oschner hospital system in New Orleans and Infirmary Health System in Mobile AL. for all areas of pharmacy, doctor practices and the portion of Cadence in the Epic software system. Provided classroom, hardware, software, reports and power points plus manuals for the training of the software before they went live. I lead the classroom scheduling and any and all materials needed for instruction. Our classes were broken into initial user application interaction with the cadence portion of the software with examples and such. Next we would progress to reporting and itemizing in certain fields for insurance input and demographic information. We provided ongoing assistance for support before, during and after the software would go live at each facility.

I also provided ongoing pharmacy analysis help for the medication index. I created and tested new meds that were entered into the system. First created the medication on the dark side in Dev then tested in Hyperspace and checked in production.
