Provided high-level administrative support to RISD Director of Transportation, overseeing the administration of critical business functions and information-management processes to ensure the safety of all students/adults using transportation system. Administered transportation budget. Coordinated and scheduled all TCEQ and UST compliance tests. Maintained Fuel Island and updated vehicles in GasBoy. Tracked over 60 open POs and input invoices on Google sheets that allowed the Fleet Manager/Parts Specialist to track all open POs amounts. Input/forwarded transportation invoices in Munis.
