Project Description:
The IN Kids Systems is a comprehensive digital platform designed to streamline childcare and subsidy management. It integrates multiple self-service portals, a learning management system, a case management system, and additional features to enhance operational efficiency. The system supports families, providers, and administrators by offering user-friendly tools for managing childcare applications, licensing, training, and compliance.
Key System Components:
1.Digital Customer Self-Service Portals
Family Portal: Enables families to apply for childcare subsidies, submit reauthorization applications, view co-pay details, and report changes in circumstances.
Provider Portal: Assists providers in licensing and registration, managing staff, requesting technical assistance, tracking attendance, and handling invoices.
2. Case Management System
