Performed duties as a curriculum developer for active and reserve component students of the Battalion S6 Officer and Signal Digital Master Gunner (S-DMG) Courses. Advises the Battalion Command, Division Chiefs, Course Managers, Supervisors, Small Group Leaders (SGL), Instructors/Facilitators, and Subject Matter Experts (SME) on training design, techniques, and strategic requirements to support the Army Learning Concept (ALC) 2015. Maintains current knowledge of TRADOC and Signal Center policies and regulations relating training and development. Developed lesson plans, instructional media packages, and student slides, study guides, training aids, practical exercises and performance measurement / test packages in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70. Served as the Communications Manager for a Military Intelligence Organization. Supervised the tactical communications and coordinated automated Help Desk support to the Battalion, staff and three other Military Intelligence Companies with one dispersed away from the Battalion Headquarters comprised of over 314 Soldiers and Civilians. Senior Enlisted advisor to the Battalion Commander for all signal related matters and prepared written reports to cut cell phone cost by $2400 yearly due to budget constraints while serving at the Battalion Telephone Control Officer. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of equipment consisting of SATCOM, command post platforms, Harris 150 radios, Harris 117 radios, SINCGARS radios, FBCB2, OE254 Antenna Group. Supervised the installation, system maintenance and long-range training plans for line of site radios, Communication Security Devices (COMSEC) and other equipment associated with switched network systems for Wide and Local area networks.
