•Investigate all accidents and perform Job Safety/Hazard Analysis that may be required following a mishap including a detailed description of tasks, listing of potential hazards, and recommended hazard control actions (e.g. training, PPE, engineering controls).

•Respond as required to evaluate all chemical spills.

•Responsible for issuance of Hot Work permits, reviewing the Hot Work policy to assure compliance; and assist in training of affected employees. Inspect the job site to determine if the hot work can be avoided, and ensure the hot work site is safe.
