OBJECTIVE
I am a highly dedicated and well-equipped professional with experience in the field Criminology and
security studies. I got to learn more about international relations, humanitarian interventions, diplomatic
relations, community policing, human rights and gender equality, in addition to many other fields while
pursuing Criminology. I am seeking to leverage the experiences obtained in this field to obtain a position
in a dynamic and challenging organization.
Communication skills: I have confident verbal and non verbal skills. Both my Swahili and English are
fluent in written and verbal form.
Leadership skills: I have had experience leading people as I was a team leader on a number of projects in
both my university studies and part of my attachment
Investigation and research skills: I had experience in crime investigations. I was involved in investigation of
so many cases concerning crime, analysing cases and getting to know why people engage in crimes.
Teamwork: I strongly believe in working together as a team. When people work together, they are able to
achieve more. For example, when investigating a certain crime that is committed, when a team is involved,
there is efficient and maximum coordination that helps to solve the crime.
Analytical skills: I have good analytical skills. I can carefully analyse data and come to a perfect
conclusion.
Critical thinking: I have good critical thinking skills. Before coming to a certain conclusion, one needs to
critically think about the situation before making judgement.
Decision making: After analysing a certain case and situation for example a dilemmatic situation, one
needs to make a decision. The decision needs to be suitable and just. It should not be one sided, it should
be favorable.
Accountability: I take accountability for my actions. I can do this without blaming others for my deeds or
actions.
