IT TECHNICIAN CHC/SEK BARTLESVILLE, OK 2023-2024
• Phone tech support for 20 Primary Care Clinics/Walkin Clinics, Billing Center, and Corporate offices. This could include troubleshooting up to but not limited to browser/email issues whether Google Chrome or MS Edge, Device performance issues (HP laptops or Mini Desktops), internet connectivity, Operating system updates or Device specific driver updates, scanner/printer connectivity and driver updates, and other peripheral device connectivity and driver updates and troubleshooting. Also, hands on specific device troubleshooting, such as cabling, connections, power, light indicators, etc.
• Microsoft 365 administrator rights to create new emails for HR onboarding, change passwords, create and maintain email groups for specific departments, forward/lock/delete accounts for terminated or LOA employees, and examine and release quarantined emails when necessary.
• I had server specific access to install Organizational programs that would require a key such as Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Power BI, etc. I also was tasked in troubleshooting these softwares as needed. Also, access to our printer server to remotely set up location based printers to the PC on location and add new printers to the print server,
• Installing, keeping up to date, and troubleshooting our medical records software called eCW. Also, troubleshooting printer/scanner errors when related to the eCW software and not device related.
• Installing and monitoring our organization's antivirus software CarbonBlack. As well as assisting with browser ad/mal/ransomware accidental installs.
• I was the Subject Matter Expert for our Telephony system throughout the organization called Dialpad. My duties included: setting up new Dialpad accounts, assigning accounts to specific phones, creating general department phones, creating groups of phones and determine in what way those phones should ring and be routed to when calls were missed, creating IVR systems/schematics for Pharmacy phones, as well as troubleshooting day to day phone issues. I also worked with our call center manager in setting up her new employees to coincide with the areas they took calls for and how their contact center phones operated. Lastly, I submitted tickets and I attended, contributed ideas and brought high impact issues to the attention of our Dialpad rep.
• Hands on assistance when a problem could not be resolved remotely for our Bartlesville/Coffeyville locations. This could include power supply/cable replacements, NIC replacement, adding device DIMM, or determining if overall replacement of a device or peripheral would be necessary. In which case I would issue a new device and copy ( C:, passwords, favorites, etc.) if needed, all while keeping an in/out inventory in Asset Tiger.
• Cable runs on location of up 500ft, mounting wall plates, creating jumper cables, punching down and installing keystones, as well as terminating cables to RJ45.
