I received an additional promotion to supervisor in CARWASH Department, within the next year. I was in charge of opening up the building: received key to open all entries and exits of building. I started up all the computers and machines in car wash office. I printed out the quality control checklist for the employees of night shift to conduct QA checks. Then I would spot check vehicles to ensure they were good for use, if not i would select alternative vehicles to use. I would check in with mechanics to get ETA on when vehicles that needed maintenance would be ready for use again. I held daily meetings with all my employees to go over safety tips and plans for the shift, as well as delegate employee assignments for the shift. I would make sure each employee had all devices needed for their tasks. Hourly checks on employee progress throughout shift. I conducted follow ups with drivers on when vehicles would be brought back to ensure there was space to park said vehicles. I was also in charge of keeping up with employee schedules and hours.
