•Support Field RM’s, DM’s and ACMs in the recruiting of concession merchandisers

District Coordinator

•Plan and organize district work schedule.

•Ensure work assignments are apportioned correctly among employees in assigned districts to maintain control of labor, overtime, and travel costs.

•Provide feedback and recommendations to Managers regarding hiring, terming, counseling, and assigning work orders for field employees.

•Contact customers when necessary to inform them of delays and/or changes in information necessary to process orders.

•Encourage business and repeat business through use of exemplary interpersonal customer service skills.

•Display knowledge of client base, computer database and telephone system.

•Provide feedback to Management on way to improve the scheduling systems and procedures.

Apollo Retail Specialist - 2018-2022

Senior Lead Project Merchandising

•Guide and assist with the installation of all fixture and Store Set-Up related components per merchandising layout and timing and action plan.

•Unload, check-in, organize and manage all fixtures, equipment and merchandising aids needed during the project and store/remove unusable materials as needed.

•Manage (and assist as required) the global process of Planogram implementation for the project (i.e. shelf installation, Planogram strip/peg master, proper label coding, allocation of product facings, signing and processing of overstock and discontinued items

•Review project binder paperwork the week prior to arriving at the project and contact the CVS Store Set-Up Project Manager with any questions/concerns.

•Execution of the action plan and making modifications as needed (with Set-Up Project Manager approval) to minimize lost sales and to ensure timely project completion.

•Conduct daily meetings with the Store Set-Up crew, Store Operations, Construction, Temp Labor, etc. to review the project status, daily task completion needs, staffing and any other issues/concerns related to the successful execution of the project.

•Train and supervise the coordinator, 2nd Assistant (where applicable), Retail Merchandisers, Temp Labor and Store Operations support staff.

•Evaluate staff performance, staffing needs and complete performance reviews for the Coordinator and the Retail Merchandisers per the CVS Store Set-Up guidelines.

•Provide timely communication of project issues/concerns to the Set-Up Project Manager and/or Area Manager

•Execute placement of all supplemental orders per the project execution guidelines

•Lead the final walk-thru with the DSM, GC, Store Manager and Set-Up Project Manager to capture all open WTBC items and ensure the project is not left until all actionable items have been addressed.
