Developing an AI Assistant chatbot powered by the company's public documentation, designed to answer any questions about BlackRock and its products.

Led integration efforts to transition from a legacy Aladdin Help tool to ServiceNow. Currently, ServiceNow supports over 200 BlackRock clients, managing a total of 500,000+ inquiries with a daily inflow of 2,000 inquiries. Designed and developed generic automated checkouts functionality which helps different Aladdin projects to automate feature testing which is more reliable, documented, and efficient than manual testing efforts. Developed back-end REST APIs to classify Aladdin client users and put them into different user segments. It enables internal teams to better serve the client using Python Flask and Sybase as a database. Developed a tool that helps BlackRock analysts to create compliance rules for clients on Aladdin using JAVA Spring Boot, BlackRock Message Service, Cassandra, and Solar as database. Working on Aladdin User Portal which enables clients to create/modify/remove users for Aladdin platform using JAVA,BMS, Perl to interact with Linux machines and Sybase as a database. This tool reduced the user administration queries by 98%.

Developed REST API services for Android and iOS app for First Niagra Bank. The APIs were developed on Spring Integration Framework using JAVA, JAX RS and Hibernate. Implemented end-to-end checkout functionality for an e-commerce application on Demandware platform. Integrated 3rd party ser vices such as PayPal, PFS web for payment processing and USPS for address validation with the application.
