Reporting to the Senior Enterprise Director of Transplant Center in one of the world’s largest transplant programs, with responsibility for strategic planning, service line growth and development, daily operations, quality oversight regulations and accreditation oversight and fiscal responsibility. This includes process improvement, outcomes, data management, regulatory reporting, UNOS oversight and liaison, CMS oversight and liaison, Joint Commission oversight and VAD Joint Commission regulatory compliance. Acts as liaison to OPO, center representative to UNOS Region, marketing and outreach and third party payer contracting. Intestinal Transplant and Gut Rehabilitation Coordinator Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, coordinates surgical reconstruction, as well as intestinal and multi-visceral transplantation of all pediatric and adult organ recipients.
