•Managed closure of regional administrative office resulting in the displacement of 192 employees, with no repercussions against the company. 98% of those displaced were assisted in finding other positions or training/schooling of their choice.

•Decreased workers compensation and unemployment tax assessments 380% by challenging claimants and attending every review board meeting presenting facts. 100% positive appeal decisions for company.

•Initiated, directed and completed certification application to the State of Texas for utilization management licensure. Saved $125,000.00+ in consultant fees by leading an internal team.
