Career Summary
I am foundationally experienced in customer service and sales for 15 years. I trained in customer retention and resolution, learning to build rapport with clients assessing their needs. I worked closely with body shop departments, performing quality duties to ensure repairs were completed per regulatory standards and provided prompt updates to clients.
