Designed and launched v1 Digital Twin in Fabric capability in Public Preview May’2025 Microsoft Build by successfully onboarding 50 Fortune 500 enterprises in Private Preview and using data led growth methodology to improve their experience journey, increase customer funnel, usage & retention.

Introduced the concept of ontology to build powerful AI agents for connected factory automation, data agents for Q&A & what-if simulation. Performed financial modeling, long range planning, market-fit analysis for pricing and positioning before venturing into the market.

Led Azure Supportability charter for Storage, Compute and Networking by analysing daily case volumes, incident themes, NSAT dissatisfaction scores. Shadowed front line engineers to understand the tooling gaps and arrived at several automation to meet the FDR (First Day resolution) foals to meet 60% OKR.

Led Azure Infrastructure Reliability Charter in addressing critical NSAT around Virtual Machines reboots, Performance, Latency by building proactive monitoring and intelligent automation solutions to ensure customers didn't experience any downtime and contributed towards 99.99% availability and reliability metrics.
