o TREV Organizational Design - I served as one of the Product Owners for a key transformation initiative within the broader TREV Program at Toyota. This effort focused on redesigning the enterprise organizational structure and job architecture to enable future-state workforce mobility, enhance system integration, and improve operational efficiency. The initiative encompassed updates to both the Workday Human Capital Management system and SAP ERP, along with a comprehensive assessment of all impacted downstream applications.

o Toyota Battery Plant Workday Implementation Phases 1 & 2 – Led the phased implementation of Workday to support approximately 1,750 initial job roles, with scalability aligned to the $1.29 billion automotive battery manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC. The plant includes four production lines—each capable of producing lithium-ion batteries for 200,000 vehicles annually—with plans to expand to six lines supporting up to 1.2 million vehicles per year. As part of the Workforce Planning organizational framework, we developed shift planning strategies and new hourly job profiles to address early-stage hiring in a highly competitive North Carolina labor market. This initiative required close coordination across HR, Compensation, IT, and the Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCOE) o ERP Modernization – Infor CloudSuite Implementation – Led a 3-year, $6M enterprise IT transformation project to replace Lawson v10 with Infor Multitenant CloudSuite. The implementation included CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management (CSFSM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Goal & Performance Management modules. Successfully launched InforGo

(mobile app), integrated AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities, and deployed Birst for advanced reporting.

o TecSys Cloud Implementation – Directed a $2.2M IT initiative to implement the TECSYS Elite Series, including Distribution Management (DMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Delivery Management (DM), and Cognos BI tools. Oversaw deployment of supporting hardware infrastructure, including 50 handheld devices, 10 label printers, and 8 laser printers.

o Kronos Outage Payroll Contingency – Led a cross-functional team in developing and executing an alternative payroll solution during the global UKG ransomware-related Kronos Time and Attendance outage.
