I have been in the hospitality business over 29 years here in Las Vegas. Working in the public with a one on one communication is what I totally have enjoyed with my past experiences. Getting to know many customers from different states on a work basis has been a great experience.

Casino Credit Manger: Circa Resort & Casino – September 25, 2020 to current employed. I process and approve or deny casino credit applications by reviewing their Experian Report, Central Credit Report and/or NCC Report and Pull LexisNexis report. Receive and process wire transfers for payments, Front Money to gamble in casino or for Sports book betting. Verify Cashier Checks for guest can put money up to gamble as front money. Prepare Portfolio for Non-Gaming Billing for Director of Credit can collect money for damages.
Casino Credit Authorizer: Golden Nugget Las Vegas, NV – May 8, 2017 to August 27, 2020
I processed walk-in credit applications and online credit applications. I approved or denied the credit application from reviewing the proper documents such as: Experian Report through Central Credit and called other clubs the customer had current credit with, ran bank report rating with “NCC” to see what bank account status was. I verified Cashier Checks and gave TTO’s (Trip only credit extension). Ran daily report to verify credit customers are using players card when taking markers or walking with the money.

I only “Processed” walk-in or online credit applications by running the Experian report and called current clubs that customer had credit with, ran bank rating through “NCC”, typed up the credit information on a hard copy credit application and turned them into the credit authorizer or credit manager to approve or deny. Verified cashier checks also.

I was the Swing Shift Pit Clerk Supervisor, I managed and made schedules/vacation request for 8 pit clerks. We made the markers for the customers on the table game players only, entered the fills in system to stock up chips on the table games, entered the player rating in the system, created new players club cards for customers with drivers license.

Used to working in a high stressful environment with many diversity of people. My job is operated in an office level mostly behind the scenes to the casino. Everything we do is on the computer, answer phones, have neat handwriting, like to be neat and well organized, use of computer, willing to learn new task or duties.
