I do have previous experience with ADT service and scheduling for a dealer/installer in Michigan that had branches in a few cities here in Michigan.

I am well-versed in CRM and the use of Google Workspace, also having proficiency in Microsoft 365. Previously, I have contributed to organizational improvements, collaborative team efforts, attainment of key business targets, contract administration, expensing jobs and preparing bids for custom work in different industries.
