Para-Educator in the Intense Support and the Medically Fragile Classrooms I work as a Para-Educator in the classrooms with the Medically Fragile and Intense Support children. WA State Licensed Life Provider (Life Insurance and Annuities ) This was a part time job I took over the Summer. I got licensed in WA State and served as the Administrative Assistant to the owners of the business. I did Problem Solving and Investigate programs and guidelines. Due to changes in the market along with other life happenings that they couldn’t predict the business & took a large dip and as a result I was laid off. I worked with Customers, I worked both Life Insurance and Annuity files, I managed the pipeline of active policies and annuities. I performed Data Entry, and a few other hats. At Caliber I was Andrew Austin’s LOA. I was responsible for all aspects of the file from Contract thru Closing. I was in charge of the Problem Solving and reviewed any files that had issues to resolve. I have great communication skills, both written and spoken. I have stellar Customer Service skills and have always received 5 stars from both customers and co-workers. I did the Pre-qualifying, Ordered out the file, gathered all needed documentation, calculated the income and reviewed all assets to be sure we fit the guidelines. I also did my own Disclosures. I also submitted the file to Underwriting. Once the file came out approved, I gathered any needed conditions and ordered closing documents.
Skills I have in every job: I have worked on a few different computer systems including Encompass, Point, Mortgage Ware. I am self-motivated and work well independently and in a Team. I love being part of a team that works together and independently to reach both personal and team goals. I am a very fast learner and pick up new computer programs easily.
