Director of Operations / Production Manager

Manage and direct the production process for multimillion-dollar manufacturing contracts, administrating production costs, billing reports and budgets, and defining weekly production plans and targets. Research, analyze, and develop processes parameters and procedures for best production practices and manufacturing methodologies while ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors to the facility. Liaise with key stakeholders to build trust and credibility, managing large scale operational contracts. Implement OSHA safety program and conduct safety meetings.

●Successfully spearheaded the manufacturing and delivery of a $18M palletized spray kit system to load into a Boeing 737-400 cargo plane in 4.5 years which will be used to combat oil spills overseas
