Verified compliance with all applicable MIL-Q requirements in the acquisition of personal protective equipment (PPE).
As an Air Force Reserve Officer attached to the Pacific Air Command I served as the DSWA disaster preparedness officer while on island. Plans I developed were responsible for the successful evacuation of a 1400 person combined joint forces unit and civilian contractor operation during two successive hurricanes.

Assumed responsibility for oversight of all disaster preparedness units with-in Turkey to include three detachments on Turkish special weapons sites.
Responsibilities included review and approval of all base and site emergency plans, review, and coordination of NBC training at all sites to include joint training. Interfacing with Turkish base commanders on NBC defense questions and performance of annual site assistance visits and inspections.
