RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and enforced health and safety compliance of workers, contractors, and sub-contractors on the site.

Communicate and coordinates with clients, subcontractors and owners as required

Promptly responds to investigates complaints or concerns of workers / employees and takes appropriate action.

Conduct thorough investigations on near miss, incident, accident with written reports of injuries that occurred on workplace. Assist in site safety plans, pre-job hazard assessments, incident investigations and risk assessments, as required.

Ensured that all accidents, incidents and injuries are properly reported & documented and send to appropriate parties for reference purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspection and certification of Scaffolds in the workplace. Prepared safety plans and making sure that all applicable safety and health standards are implemented into such plans while performing the work. Coordinate with construction managers to identify and resolve various safety issues.

Confirmed that all risk controls were implemented by the construction team. Verified that workers were properly outfitted with hardhats and safety vest before starting the work .

Implemented safety program procedures on the site. Provided training on how to keep visitors to site safe and how to develop an effective emergency evacuation plan in case of accident.
