Senior Human Resources Consultant Jul 2014 - Dec 2014 I was selected by senior leadership to spearhead a project team that successfully rolled out the HQ Pre- Leader Development Program (PLDP) for the inaugural year. The initial program components included webinars for the Kickoff Event, Interviewing Skills, HR101, and Coaching Employees. A Guided 100+ participants through all phases of the six-month program, culminating in each one delivering final presentations to senior leadership. Additionally rolled out the first nationwide HR Business Partner Service-Level Agreements in Verizon Wireless history, which were exceptionally well-received by both C-suite HR Executives and Business Clients.
