•Started with Zak when he was months out of finishing with the Clients on Demand program and implementing it. He was making a little under $10k a month with a group of 5000 on Facebook that was incredibly active, but he was stuck and had absolutely no business knowledge.
• Zak initially enrolled in Cortney Budney Coaching’s 6 month $20 PIF program. However, this quickly turned into me working as a business consultant with 25% profitshare and I ran the business with him and his colleague Mark Binet.
• Spent a large percent of time training Zak on how to sell high end programs with heart. We raised the price to $7500. Eventually it was $15k, after about 6 months. In less than 4 months the business was making $100k a month.
• Created many marketing funnels for his business, Relationship of Your Dreams. One of the most important was the funnel from “prospect: to “enrollment call “ with Zak. The funnel involved a unique questionnaire, but more importantly, a 45 minute video talking about the program, the pains and solutions and what the call was all about as well as who it was for and who it was not for. It included how to prepare for the call and that we would be getting very real in ways that may feel uncomfortable, but were of service to their relationship solution. This allowed for much more productive calls.
• Leveraging quality leads. Originally, Zak was focused on growing higher numbers. But he already had incredible engagement with his 5000 followers. So my focus was to teach him to leverage. We did grow to about 13,000 people before I left. I switched his process to an organic marketing and lead generation process rather than paid advertising that I saw was no longer necessary.
• Created and led a group for people who had no idea how they were going to come up with the money and I took them through trainings and group calls to help them align with the means to their solution.We kept deposits for those who ended up not being serious. I was converting half of them into “pay in full: clients. I eventually trained someone else to run this for me.
• Created an affiliate program and process because he had many dedicated happy clients.
• Was the “go to: for most business, sales, marketing, team and client, and business expansion needs.
