Coordinated full-time equivalent (FTE) budget and prepared weekly and monthly FTE budget variance reports. During this period I created an Excel macro which compressed the time needed to manually calculate weekly FTEs from 4 hours per week to 15 minutes per week. I also converted a Lotus macro for the annual budgeting process into an Excel macro.
