• Provide professional quality customer service, perform receptionist duties for the president and vice president of organizations

• Input data and create spreadsheet information for commercial credit analyst on excel software

• Tracking incoming insurance losses to meet insurance company requirements and deadlines log in, compile correspondence, invoice and file

• Utilize the Internet and Ufead Photo Express software to scan, copy and email photos, repair estimates and correspondence to insurance companies
