Mortgage Originations IT PMO – IT Program Manager
Directed four Agile projects in order to implement new Mortgage Originations system into the branch environment (31K hours, $1.8M) including senior reporting, issues management, and risk assessments throughout life cycle of projects.
Spearheaded an Agile project to coordinate the ability to onboard mortgage bankers throughout the bank as the job structure of the new Mortgage Originations system was a complete overhaul of how Chase had previously held job roles. New job roles and profiles had to be defined and then the people had to be converted over using a new automated onboarding system created by the project. (10K hours, $600k)

oBranch Equipment Removal: Evaluated unnecessary, unused, obsolete equipment in 5,000+ branch network, devising removal plan while ensuring appropriate equipment right sized to branches; expect to achieve $2MM in savings
oBranch Network Upgrade: Evaluated obsolete T1 lines overloaded capacity wise; determining appropriate solutions including partitioning, Wi-Fi, etc. Network upgrade will include all 5,000+ branches in our footprint

Directed a Paperless Teller project to introduce new customer facing devices, eliminating paper documents from the teller line; Wrote business requirements detailing the flow of transactions between the existing teller system and the new device, the content of screen displays to the customer, and the necessary functionality enhancements on the existing teller system
Managed Desktop Teller Express project to integrate cashless Teller Express transactions into Personal Banker job role; Included detailed analytics to measure the resulting changes in Sales and Customer Satisfaction ratings cross referenced with number of teller transactions performed at the specific employee level
Created and maintained with a high degree of accuracy, a consolidated Washington Mutual branch conversion database; this was relied upon by the Retail branch channel to manage all Retail efforts.
