Provide administrative and clinical direction and supervision for the University Health System’s dialysis service line to include renal clinic, inpatient adult and pediatric acutes program, all outpatient adult hemodialysis clinics, adult and pediatric home dialysis modalities, apheresis and the jail dialysis services. •Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of ten programs across eight dialysis facilities ensuring adherence to clinical standards, optimizing patient flow and managing resources effectively.
•Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic plans to expand service offerings and improve patient outcomes, resulting in increased ICH CAHP scores while reducing operational costs.

During these closures, our local DCI clinics absorbed 50 patients, 8 staff, and we credentialed 15 of their physicians to seamlessly transition the care of their patients. I also worked with the MA Department of Public Health to expand the number of stations of our Tufts Medical Center facility without having to expand the footprint of the clinic.
•Operational Efficiency: Developed and implemented streamlined workflows and standardized policies and procedures among the regions so that we could more efficiently float staff without compromising care.
•Staff Development: Designed training programs to enhance clinical skills while aligning our nurse educators to work as a regional team when developing new talent into the company.
