• Prepare Work order execution plan, Method of statement (MOS) and Inspection test plan (ITP).

Prepare CTRA, Excavation Authorization as per construction activities and requirement based on KNPC specification.

To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment are in accordance with scheduled program, project drawing and specification.

Co-ordinate with administration team to arrange material, Equipment’s, and personnel’s gate pass arrangements without any delay.

Prepare field inspection requirements or activities in accordance with the applicable specifications, codes, and standards of the contract.

Study and review of construction drawings and specifications to become familiar with the scope and details.

Responsible for field inspections and quality assurance procedures.

Carry out daily inspection activities including preparation of request for inspection (RFI) to ensure satisfaction of client.

To maintain RFI Log sheet, work permit log sheet, equipment’s log sheet.

Prepare daily Progress report (DPR).

Coordination with third party agent for field density test reports and laboratory reports based on soil samples taken at field in various stages based on the client requirements.

Checking and verifying laboratory test results.

To maintain and fulfil HSE requirement based on Project specification.

Revamp of 50 MBOPD Early Production Facility in North Kuwait, The project envisages enhancing of production capacity of the plant from 175 MMSCFD & 50 MBOPD to 210 MMSCFD & 80 MBOPD.

Scope of work consisted of the installation of Dry & Wet Crude Separators, Pre-heater, Steam Boiler, Stabilizer Column, Side & Bottom Re-boiler, Crude export cooler, Crude export pumps, metering skid, Construction of pipe racks & All supporting foundations, Steel structures erection, all tie-in and assistance to the final commissioning.

JURASSIC PRODECTION FACILITIES (JPF) PROJECT Construction of Sulphur pit at Sabriya & East Raudhatain NORTH KUWAIT.(Feb2018 To Feb2019)Client:- KOC,SCHLUMBERGER

Construction of New Sulfur pits for JPF-1&2 Sabriya & East Rawdatain.

Sulphur pit 23m length, 9m wide & 6.5 m depth (Under ground pit) total -4nos.

Pit Build with Concrete walls M30 mix concrete supplied by Alkoraf ready mix.

Inside sulphur pit covered with Acid resistance brick (S 50 HF STEULER) 25mm thk Fire lite 2300 VLI and joint pointing filled with (Acid cement AE) 4mm thk and Furadur cement 2mm.

Roof bottom of slab covered with Epoxy 3layer primer plus 2 cover layer(KCH VE)STEULER

Construction of degassing box covered with SS lining inside the pit. Keraflake 6H insulation board 40mm thk filled between wall and SS plate.

Construction of Hydraulic seal pit size(10mx2.5mx1.5m)300mm thk wall.

Schlumberger Reservoir Products FZE entrusted Siirtec Nigi to design and supply two modular Sulphur Recovery Units at Sabriya and East Raudhatain Gas Treatment Plants of the Kuwait Oil Company. The two SRUs will produce 200 t/d of liquid Sulphur each with a recovery of 99.9%. 4 P a g e

Preparing of Sub grade using grader to maintain slop like a V-shape (one side 5degree and another side 11degee).

Every 100sq.m area conducting FDT(field density test) for sub grade compaction with 95% of proctor value.

Sloped reinforced paving inside the Longitudinal storage hall 60mx 280m filled with M30 grade concrete supplied by NBTC ready mix concrete.

Civil structural column erections prior to fixing of shim plate with non shrink grout.

Around 200km for a 350 Habitation and construction of Elevated Master Balancing Reservoirs.

Construction under my supervision of tanks (Capacity of Tanks – 30kL,60kL,1.00L.L to 6.00L.L)

Name of project : Hoggenakkal water Supply & Fluorosis Mitigation project Package-1 for TWAD Board (Funded by JICA).Project value : 220 Crores. As an Asst. engineer (Execution & QS) from June 2010 to Dec 2011. Responsibilities:

Laying of 600mm dia & Up to 150mm dia – 60 KM Ductile Iron pipe line for treated water transmission up to Sump and OHT. Also MS Pipeline 1500 dia –12 KM from Intake to Water treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant to Booster Pumping station, BPS to Master Balancing reservoir (240LL).

Checking of Trench formation level.

Checking of Bedding 300mm thick 6mm size aggregate.

Setting Out of pipeline alignment at hilly and dense Forest region.

Excavation & Blasting for Deep hill cutting (24mtr) Height for a length of 300Mtr and width of 40 mtr.

Construction of Thrust Block, Anchor block, Valve chambers, Pump Houses & Sumps.

Hydro Testing of DI, MS, HDPE & PVC pipe line – Also Air test for MS every lap joint using Pressure Gauge.

Key Focal point for all the beam level, perforated slab erection and alignment also maintaining the top level, Grouting, support plates fixing and Nozzle fixing with level. Penstock with Actuator erection.

After getting the clearance from process team, Conducting BUBBLE TEST for checking of bubble formation uniformly in all 78 perforated slabs in a bed.

Get the clearance from Client and start the Media filling after bubble test. Media filled layer by layer and after structure released for Back Washing.

Name of project: 100 MLD Sea water Desalination Plant at Minjur, Chennai. As a Junior Engineer (Execution& QS) from June 2007 to July 2009(In Industrial Project) Client: Chennai Metro Water.

Project value : 510 Crores.

Specialization of sand filter:

Type of sand filter : Rapid sand filter

Key Focal point for all the levels should be monitor as a micro level error and alignment of filter water distribution pipe and also maintaining the top level of grouting while casting.

Execution of Civil structures of sand filter, Nozzle sleeve mounting should be properly tighten, Filters hydro testing, Distribution pipe clearances & hand over to process team.

After getting the clearance from process team, Conducting BUBBLE TEST for checking of bubble formation uniformly in all the nozzles in a bed.

Get the clearance from Client and start the Media filling after bubble test. Media filled layer by layer and after structure released for Back Washing.

As per procedure Back wash will conduct 8 times and if necessary do additionally also get the Clearance from client.
