Manage salary structure design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure smooth implementation of compensation processes across the region, including compensation benchmarking position in range (PIR) analysis, financial impact, merit increase and salary structure movement trends, annual bonus benchmarking & payout auditing, merit process, and supporting job evaluation & grading to ensure roles are classified accurately and fairly across the APAC region.
