Integrated Andretti Group Oracle HR Data into H&S Energy Group ADP HRIS utilizing excel templates to allow for accurate, secure, and automated translation of all employee information between the two systems.
Coordinated onboarding 800+ employees to new H&S Energy Group business environment.
Assisted with the PDI implementation of 80+ retail fuel locations within the H&S Energy Group PDI Environment.
Created paginated “Combined Operations” SSRS report, providing executives with daily, weekly, and monthly insights into business health within the Retail, Fuel, Carwash, and Wholesale lines of business.

Created “Daily Fuel” Power BI dashboard, providing the Operations team with the live, data-driven tools needed to set fuel prices for 80+ retail fuel stations throughout the state of Oregon.
Implemented and trained personnel how to utilize PDI’s Rebates Module, saving the retail team an estimated 30+ man hours per month in rebate reconciliation time.
Designed and implemented multiple PDI System Import profiles, allowing for fully automated entry of required accounting information. Including but not limited to: Credit Card Reconciliation, Fuel Reconciliation, Vendor Invoices, and Loyalty Program Reconciliations.
