Administration Assistant
Casey Family Programs is designed to help children reach Permanency, either through reunification with their birth parents, kinship, or adoption. The initiative allows DCFS to identify system issues and transfer the children to a safe, permanent, and loving home.
•Responsible for creating client case folders, IH (In Home), OOH (Out of Home, YAT (Young Adult Transition), all kept in a locked file room. Run/ complete quarterly report inspection. Utilizing ECM ensuring client cases are up to date, Shipping closed cases to HQ legal dept. every 2 years using Excel and Microsoft Word.
•Manages paper/ electronic files in accordance with guidelines, local regulatory requirements using Microsoft Word & Excel.
•Receives/prepares invoices for reimbursement, ensuring approval process guidelines are met. Prepares employees expense reports, credit card reconciliations in line with Casey’s policies/ procedures.
