Surgical:

Executive Duties
Supported CEO and 15 directors in admin duties from scheduling interviews to checking references. Meeting and calendar support for board meetings, support for DQM.
Case Management Support with physician orders, Patient Ambassador Rounding up to 7 rooms.
Create and manage call schedule for the entire hospital for each department. Epic set up for Marketing team and Nursing Department for interhospital connections for records.
Insurance and billing, answering phones, directing calls, confirming appointments, and obtaining prior authorizations. Inpatient admissions, hospital tours. Notary Services as needed for patient or family legal needs.

Credentialing
Implementation from paper file system to electronic with Health System- Verity.
Function to have abilities to credential providers for multi states.
Initial and reappointment all the way to provider orientation set up along with software programs uploaded for a successful start.
