Supervised and recorded all quality control activities arising during the pre-stressed concrete girders in the pre-cast concrete plant in Uxbridge, Ontario, which produced pre-stressed concrete girders for highway bridges.
• Prepared all requirements for each pre-stressed girder such as shop drawings, stress calculation spreadsheets, pre & post- pour forms, compressive strength, temperature diagram, and aggregate.
• Analyzed fresh and hardened concrete test results and curing temperature graphs and made technical decisions to ensure MTO’s specifications have been followed.
